Number Seven Healthcare are opening “St Elmos” their first residential care home for service users with learning disabilities and complex needs. We are looking for full time, part time and night senior support workers and support workers who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to care and support, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles. You will be providing personal care to service users, as well as supporting them to live as independent a life as they can achieve. You will also enable service users to take part in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
